Clean Wave Dashboard ("the App") is licensed solely to CleanWave Ventures Inc. and its owners for internal business use. It is not sold or distributed to third parties.

1. Use. The App may be used only to view the company's own QuickBooks Online and point-of-sale data for internal reporting.
2. Read-only access. The App only reads QuickBooks data and never modifies it.
3. No warranty. The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Reports are informational and do not replace the official accounting records.
4. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, CleanWave Ventures Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
5. Termination. Access can be disconnected at any time from QuickBooks or from the App.
